Flipkart - fake product delivered COMPANY NOT RETURNING OR GIVING REFUND UNDER RETURN POLICY

I brought a sony xb** on flipkart on the *th of feb ****, I got a FAKE AND INCORRECT PRODUCT which is a cheap quality fake product which is also broken. I have contacted flipkart incesssantly with multiple mailsand phone calls to no help, they have told me that some special team is conducting investigation which for some reason i cannot talk to or get updates aboout the escalation processs, despite tweeting to the CEO on twitter this company has been lithargic and has not even asked for a return pickup to check how fake the product is and issue a refund.
