Paytm Mall.com - Fake product delivered

I have ordered Roxon Nexton badminton racquet with * shuttlecock using Paytm mall application on **th Dec ****.The have delivered a cheap quality another racquet on ** st which I rejected abd evidence sent back to Paytm mall using the aplication.My replacement order was approved and agreed to deliver on **th Dec **** however they closed the case updating pick up item not in a good condition without coming for pickup or calling.i raised the concern in customer care helpline bu no reply came other than one update pickup attempted. Even after continues chasing they have not updated the tracking or replied me but delivery date is same as **th Dec ****. I have called but failed to speak rather than sending customer help and tickets updated. Till now there is no update or no response from Paytm Mall which I have paid upfront cash. They are insulting the customer and cheating with delivering fake products advertising branded one.
