Paytm Mall.com - Invoice not received and also incorrect amount credited to dealer

I bought a motorbike on Paytmmall, Order No. ********** on **th Nov ****. While making payment I had made payment for ***** invoice amount for which there was an immediate cashback from ICICI of Rs****. But paytm did not credit the exact amount to the specified dealer as I can see a mismatch of Rs ****.** from paytm side. Also I have not received the final invoice, hence requesting you to kindly explain this issue before tescalating it legally. Please refer attached image for payments made to dealer by you.
