Paytm Mall.com - Fraud Case Return request rejected by Supplier for Wrong and damaged item

This is regarding my order ID ********** in which I had ordered a smartphone Redmi Note * pro (Blue Color).
I want to inform you that I received wrong item (Red Color). IMEI number on the mobile is also different from the invoice raised by supplier whose copy was also not in the damaged parcel.
I raised the return request at the same time of the delivery day (** Oct) but it's not approved by seller within ** hours which I had to wait.
I am surprised to know that customer support of paytm is so poor that they don't want to understand the customer issue and sometimes call is disconnected after waiting *-** minutes. I wasted a lot of time and money but issue still not resolved.
I write this issue to the Nodal officer too but they are being silent behind the customer.
