Kreeva.com - Fake item received

I ordered a "white embroidered suit" from kreeva.com worth Rs.****+shipping charges extra on the *th of January **** for the Function on the **th of January in my family.
The dress I received on **th Jan was much bakwas
Even Rs.*-* hundred are more than enough for it.
I e-mailed and contacted them on Whatsapp. usually, they didn't pick up the call but what's App call.
They told me to return it back on my own shipping charges and after that, I can buy any other dress from their website which should be of the same amount or higher (extra amount will be paid for higher rate dress).
I asked them to make me assure that the exchange item will be genuine or not?
They told me it will be original. I didn't worry.
Then I chose * dresses and asked them to show me the original dress's pics so that I can be relaxed and able to choose the most appropriate dress.
Then they sent me the pics of both dresses.
I chose one of them the Maroonish red color dress for my function which was on the **th of January.
I requested them to send me Asap because it was already late (** January ****).
They assured me that the dress will be as they showed me its pic.
On the **rd of January **** in the late evening around * pm, I got the product which was again a fraud that happened with me.
The dress was duplicate. I matched with the picture they sent me on WhatsApp. The color was different and much unbearable thing was its embroidery which is really mismatched with the picture of the original dress. Again the dress was not worth it.
I messaged them but no reply. The next day I called them and talked to them about the issue there was only a day left on my function day.
The lady on WhatsApp call was not interested in the problem and told me that one time hi exchange hota hai.
When I said I will raise a complaint against your company she said give me some time I will tell you what I can do for you.
The next day I messaged to know the status of my problem she said we can exchange one more time.
I asked them to take a guarantee for the original product. But they didn't say a word about the original product.
Then I asked them to do a refund but no answer to my questions by their side.
Now they are not answering me.
So I came here to get my solution.
I invested my precious money in this fake Kreeva.com but I want to get my money back.
Please Help me.
