I booked Oyo Townhouse **** The Subham Dildukhanga hotel rooms for two days and paid in advance in Hyderabad. It was a late check-in around * am because of my late-night flight. When I reached the hotel it was different, as shown in the image while booking. I canceled my booking immediately and called Oyo for a refund as I had to search for another room at night in an unknown city. The hotel entry was from the basement with a shutter so you open the shutter and can go in the hotel Is that the kind of hotel anyone wants for their stay? I suffered at night and it gave me a trauma for trusting the booking website again in the future.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
