hi - Sear ShipRocket Team, I have been using Shiprocket services for quiet a long time now, & now we are seeing shiprocket looting customers. They are charging for usual packets whose normal charge is Rs. ** for less than .* Kg they are later charging it to more than *.* - * Kg for each & every packet. Initially as well it happened, when we were using Xpressbees, it was discussed with Shiprocket on call & they suggested us for using different courier service like delhivery etc....Initially you looted us for Rs.****/ by keeping our amount on hold & now again you have raised discrepancy for Rs.****/-. Below is the packets details wherein you have raised a discrepancy. Our packets are usually common throughout same weight etc...
my request is kindly refund our old ****/- as well + ****/- for us to continue services. Moreover the discrepancies are raised after so much time by you after delivery.
i need a solution for this inconvenience caused to us. Better you can raise rates of courier, but don't ditch ,customers like this.
please call for any queries...Also, give us the no./email of Senior team members of the Org.
