Gurdial Singh filed complaint against Xiaomi on Jul 16, 2022
I had bought a MI tv of ***** on ** May **** from Mittal Electroworld, Address: B*/****, Main Bazaar, Machhiwara, Punjab ******. It was working till ** July ****. Means it worked only for ** days. Then I registered a complaint at MI for the same. They sent a technician to diagnose the issue. He found that the seal on the TV is duplicate and original seal is broken. On the behalf of duplicate seal company rejected to repair or replace my TV. So i contacted to the dealer from where i had purchased this tv. He is also denying for repair and replacement.
I am not able to understand what should i do now.
Please help me.
