Hello,
I want to complaint about not getting parts to repair my Xiaomi K**i in Kolkata. I have literally contacted every authorised service centre as well for the frame and display of my device which got damaged and it's pathetic and disappointing that none of the service centers have both the required parts.
My phone has been kept submitted at the mi Salt Lake service centre for the past * weeks.
Initially i was informed the part would be procured from a warehouse and the phone will be repaired within *-* days. Have been constantly visiting and calling other service centers too and none of them seem to have an idea when it will be delivered.
Have been a loyal mi customer since forever and everyone knows how important our mobiles are for us nowadays.
Really disheartened and disappointed with this terrible experience i have to go through. Hope this might help to expedite things to get my phone repaired soon.
