I booked a hotel in Colombo from * Sep to ** Sep **** through Goibibo and confirmation was sent by the Goibibo. The total cost of booking was *****/- and I paid the full amount. On calling the hotel owner in order to inform about my arrival time he said no such booking found in his system and he denied any confirmation received from Goibibo. The hotel owner also telling that his hotel is already booked for some other guest on these dates.
Now I called customer care of Goibibo regarding the same. He says he is lodging my complaint and get back to me within ** hrs. I called them again after ** hr. They again said he will help me out by either booking me a new hotel or arrange my accommodations in the same hotel and tell me to wait for ** minutes. I called again after * hr. They are not even picking up my calls now. I mailed them but no response received from them. Tried calling them again and again but no one picking up my call.
I called them with another number. I asked them just for curiosity that whether I will get my full refund if I cancelled the booking before ** August **** (written in policy) but he refuses and said only **% amount will get refunded.
They are not responding to me in any manner. I already booked flight tickets. Please help me out. They are misguiding us and looting people's for fake booking.
