Mentally disturb because of excitel broadband
Before getting new connection they said they provide ***mbps and i said that i am trader i need speed and they said it's okay trust on excitel but now on Friday when i take trade speed comes to *mbps or *mbps and till now no one here to help , i tried lots of time to connect with customer care raise tircket mail ceo or help desk but no response come from there, and on Saturday morning they called and said lots of traffic on the website so you came ***mbps to *mbps and they said childish talk like switch on or off like that and after no improvement, and till now i connect with provider, ceo and help desk but no one come to resolve my problem and in this i lost my trade **k and Mentally disturb
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
