Past History: I bought the CAR from CARs ** on ** May **** and technical issue started before ** July **** and I logged the case for Engine Alarm and at the same time car was not taking pick-up and on ** July **** Abhishek Tyagi came . We went to a workshop and he tried to fix the issue . At last throttle body cleaning done and he told issue has been fixed.
Next day on ** July **** morning the same issue came again and I informed the Abhishek Tyagi and he explored and told me the CAR would be picked up for repair for the CAR** workshop. The CAR picked up on the same day and it was told that the car would be delivered to me after fixing the issue and after standard testing.
On **nd of July I received a call that the CAR issue has been resolved and the driver will deliver the car . Few minutes back CAR** driver came for the delivery of the car and I took the test drive and found car steering is stucking which was earlier working fine . This is not acceptable.
On ** of July CAR again picked up by CAR ** for the resolution of issue and on ** August **** I received my CAR and Now on ** August **** same issue is appearing again.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
