I bought Faber Aerostation Chimney @ Rs ***** + rs. *** (paid for installation) on dates **th July ****,. Installed on *th Aug **** due to kitchen renovation work Was going on. **th Aug I launched a complaint motor is not working, they replaced the motor, After one month I launched a complaint button panel was not working and I asked for replacement , they have requested for replacement & told they’ll replace the product if any other problem persist. I allowed them & button panel was replaced. Now again I launched a complaint the lights attached with chimney is falling down n asked for replacement because in my new chimney they have replaced everything ,still not working. Now they are saying we can only replaced the light, they will not replace the product. I’m suffering from last * months. Didn’t get any reply for replacement. They are harassing me by all mean Mentally, Physically n Financially. My son is around ** years old & he is smoke sensitive. That’s why I bought such a costly product from such a branded company. But they are torturing me. Please help me.
