On *rd october,**** the delivery guy of myntra attempted an order to deliver which i placed. The parcel was of rs ***. I paid him via by debit card and took my parcel. Later he came back saying he didn't receive the amount. I was in hurry so i told hin to take the parcel and bring it back the next day. When i checked my bank app, its showing **** rs deducted to instakart which is myntra. Firstly, i didn't get any parcel of mine and secondly the amount got deducted and it was told to me that they didn't receive any amount and thirdly why should i pay more for nothing? I needvthe amount to be refunded into my bank account asap!
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
