I have taken an education loan from axis bank. On january i made the payment of all amount in my nearest axis bank branch to my loan account no. ELR******* in january month after consulting to the customer support. But in february, axis bank deducted EMI of full amount which i already paid and even not closed my loan account. When i asked for refund they were saying you have to made the payment in loan centre not in branch. They are making fool not raising request just saying we file your complaint within * days it closed... No one talking about my refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
