On * February ****, I used OLA cab from Dehradun to Haridwar with my family. It was white desire HR**B**** and the driver name was Alijan contact no **********.
When I completed my journey, I asked to driver about the charge he demand for extra charges i.e more than ***. Because my family was with me that why I decide to give extra money that time. After that immediately I tried to complaint to ola over call but the no. Was not in use. Further I sent a mail to ola on support@olacabs.com. but there is not responses received yet.
I think It was a fraud, not from driver but from OLA who keeping this kind of person.
