- Extra charge applied by OYO Open
I want to share my experience with OYO. It was the big mistake of my life that I booked a room with OYO. I booked a room in Agra for two days only but when I reached the hotel Riviera Taj Nagari phase * and entered the room was so smelly and cable TV also not working. I complain to the hotel manager again and again but he did not do anything. Then I called OYO service and talk about this but they don't do anything else.
After all, I decided to change the hotel and call to OYO service but they told me that you have to full payment charged which was booked for two days. I asked why are you charged full payment while I am using your room service for one day only. But they are not doing anything.
I had called approximate ** times nobody takes action. They hold my call and cut. I have been so frustrated and finally, I had to give full payment to the hotel. OYO is wasted my time and keep my hard money in the wrong way. I request to consumer court please take action on this fraud company OYO service ltd. It is making fool to customer. Many people are worry about and write a complaint.
I request you please take strict action. You can also see the attachment as proof of fraud.
