respected person,
i am using a current account in andhra bank, due to some reason i needed a one year account statement, for that i concerned to bank for the same. On Dec ** ****,The executive over there didnot inform me that i had to pay for this. they gave my account statement and my account had been debited with **** for just near about *** pages. In mostly other banks donot charge for this and some charges near about *** to ***. The bank manager also told me this was seen first time, no other charged that much amount.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
