I live in Mumbai. I went to Star Bazaar, Surat on ** August **** for some shopping. After billing my son asked me to open the Nachni chips packet. I have tasted the chips before giving it to my son. The taste was very worst. Immediately I have checked the expiry date and yes it got expired. The big question on the software of Star Bazaar. Why the pop-up message has not come when the product was scanned at the billing desk. I know customers have no time to check the expiry of each product. It doesn't mean that these people can play with the health of their customers. I have raised a complaint but the executive have no answer. Then I went back to the same place to replace my product. What a carelessness most of the products are of the expiry date. Then I bought a Gujrati Ratlami sev which is under expiry. Without any delay I have opened the packet, it smells so bad and the taste was worse. The seriously very big question on the quality of products kept in Star bazaar.
