I recently ordered an article from Chikari, it was I Schiffli Blazer Set Hot Pink (Date - * June,**) The pants didn’t match to what was been shown on the website. And the length was way too short. I made an exchange and the article was sent from my side on **th June,**. It has been over a month now that I have still not received my article, the team is not responding to the text / calls. My calls are being declined. As talked on the call with one of the team member on * July, he stated that he will send the article on Monday I.e ** July. No response after the conversation with him. The entire month this company kept me hanging. Neither that are replying back nor responding to my calls.
Your team is not responding well to my text and calls.
Please look into this matter ASAP.
