I placed an order for Padded Jacket of * to ** months, i read the policy for exchange & return both were applicable on this product... as i got the product delivered but size was very small hence i was trying to place exchange request on app but it is only giving me return option.. which i don't want to.. i want an exchange for bigger size with no extra cost.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
