Hi,
I ordered a Mobile (Realme Narzo **A) from Flipkart on *th March october **** with mobile cost: RS ****/- With a exchange of Old mobile of mine with value shown in Flipkart as RS ****/- . I also can see that the terms and condition include that the Flipkart will exchange even if the old product is dented or screen broken. When I tried to explain this to the delivery guy in Anantapur (AP), he rudely denied for exchange stating that the phone has a dent and is not eligible and asked us to come to their delivery branch for exchange. This is a Fraud by Flipkart. I tried calling the manager of the delivery guy but did not get any proper response. I wanted to take this to public's notice on how Flipkart is trying to fraud people by using Voxya as a platform. I eventually after getting frustrated had to cancel the order.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
