CRN**********,OUTSTATION CAB BOOKED,ESTIMATE FOR ** KM RIDE AFTER COUPON CODE DISCOUNT OF RS.*** WAS DISPLAYED FOR AMOUNT RS.***,LATER BILL FOR ** KMS COLLECTED,COUPON CODE DISCOUNT NOT GIVEN AT TOME OF FINAL PAYMENT,RS.** FOR INSURANCE WHICH WAS OPTIONAL WAS ADDED EVEN THOUGH NOT OPTED,FINAL RS.**** COLLECTED.AFTER COMPLAINT THEY REFUSED TO GIVE REFUND OF INSURANCE,COUPON CODE DISCOUNT.FINAL REFUND OF RS.*** FOR **.** KM RIDE WAS SANCTIONED BUT NOT REFUNDING,INSTEAD KEEP IN ACCOUNT UPTO *-*-**** TO BE UTILISED.IN MY CITY OLA LOCAL NOT WORKING,NOR I CAN BOOK OUTSTATION CAB FROM MY CITY,THUS ILLEGAL HOLD UP OF MY REFUND AND FORCING ME TO TRAVEL BACK TO AHMEDABAD FROM WHERE OUTSTATION CAB TO COME TO MY CITY WAS BOOKED.EVIDENCE WILL BE ATTACHED LATER WHEN NEEDED.
