I raised the complaint in **** since I lost my patience against Ola as your process and staff both are useless and not at all customer-centric.
My complaint is regarding CRN:**********, wherein I have raised a complaint on the following ground and I have the pictures and recordings of your staff.
A. Driver was drunk and chewing tobacco and he was opening the door while driving that too on the expressway.
B. My pick-up was from T* and the driver knowingly routed through T* and the billing has increased massively.
c. I have already paid what it was showing to me before booking although the bill has exceeded almost INR ***/-.
D. During the trip, the driver asked me to wait for CNG filling and that too it was late night drop - which has not even increased billing but also concerns me from the safety perspective.
This is my last reminder and email. Further, I will be holding a media meeting to bring this to them followed by legal implications. If you were having even a normal courtesy, you must follow up with me for the incident - kindly note that the amount is very minor but concerns are major - moreover, the problem is your behaviour which is not at all customer-centric.
