Booking id : JPS**PHE*. On **th I booked a car online for **nd to **rd. By mistake, I entered *:** pm as the trip end time. Immediately within a minute I changed the booking for a trip end time of **:** pm and paid the difference amount. I was charged a full amount of *** for pick up service. On **nd someone came to drop off the car. But on **rd no one came to pick up the car nor I got any message with the pickup driver details. On calling customer care I found out that the drop off service has been canceled since I rescheduled the trip. However I should have still got a message * hour before with the drop off details which I never got. And why was I charged a pickup service fee for the full amount? On calling customer service they were rude and it’s like either u drop off the car or pay late charges of about *** rs per hour. Neither any message was sent with drop off details. The harassment that I faced at night ** with these kind of threats is uncalled for. Ridiculous and pathetic service. The mobile app doesn’t show whether you have to drop off the car or there is any other change.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
