Google pay tez - Even after 4 months amount is not refunded yet

Tried to book a ticket from IRCTC app trough Google pay tez. Amount got deducted form the bank side, but ticket booking failed saying transaction had failed. I tried contacting customer support. They are the worst support team ever. For almost * months they have been wasting my time without giving proper progress.
