Google pay tez - Money deducted without ticket confirmation

Sir,
I beg to state u that i have booked bus ticket through goibibo from thrissur to bangalore for nov *th through upi app google pay and the money has been send.but my ticket was nit booked or confirmed.no confirmation received.it was shown in google pay app about the status of transaction as send.but when i called goibibo customer care they told that due to some software issue they didnt receive the money.then they told that i hav to contact bank.then i enquired through google pay help also.but the status of transaction was send in google pay and the money was deducted from my bank account of Rs ***.i contacted them again and again but goibibo told that aftr *days if im not getting money then i can send mail to travel@goibibo.com.then aftr *days i didnt get money and i send mail to that given id.but reply was like this mail is not active.send to some other id they have given.then i send complaint to that also.but nothing happend.same fake email id and reply.sir plz do something at the earliest.my money got deducted without any reason
