Google pay tez - Zomato payment made through gpay

I made **** rs transaction through gpay on ** feb to zomato account money has been debited from my bank account but zomato didn't receive that money. I contacted gpay customer executives many time every time they say some silly extension date and cut my chat without my permission it's been more than * month google do not care about customers money
