Deyor Camps - ESCALATION Booking ID

Aditya Sharma filed complaint against Deyor Camps on Dec 7, 2022

This is to let you know that I booked one of the trekking packages, The Chadar Trek of Deyor company dating back to December **st, ****. Unfortunately, the trek got canceled due to the third wave of Covid-**.

It was at that point that I asked Deyor to refund the amount (INR **,***), but my request was denied owing to company policy, to which I agreed. Alternatively, I was provided with a credit of INR **,*** saying that this amount is valid for * months.

I have been constantly in touch with your company’s representative for almost a year now but there has been no response. What kind of service is this where customer grievances are not solved? I have been constantly following up and have dropped a follow-up mail at least ** times to your company. At this hour, when companies fight for improving customer experience, Deyor has topped expectations!

As a consumer, I am at least entitled to get a response from your end. It is really getting tough to reach out to you guys and expect an apology if not fulfilling my request.

It is also very commendable to have representatives like Gaurav, Bhaskar, Yuvraj, and Anupam who do not even take my calls and try to hear me out! Also, Deyor was not giving options and wasted alot of my time so that time gets paased and i can't utilise my remaining credit note somewhere else also.

I did not want to bad mouth your company in my circle and post my terrible experience on social media. But considering the service, I have to take the help of social media and spread the news in my circle about your company, that too at a time when you expect a maximum revenue generation for your company. But, I have no other option left.

**K is a huge amount for me and I'm feeling like being robbed and looted from Deyor Camps
