Deyor Camps - Refund not received after tour got cancelled

We have booked for chadar trek with deyor camps for Jan **** for a group of *. On Dec **, we have paid the full amount demanded by them of Rs. * Lakh. The trip got cancelled due to COVID restrictions by the Ladakh govt. I have contacted the deyor camps team regarding the same and they have confirmed that trip has been cancelled. Since then I have asked for a refund but they haven't issued any. Their team claims it is not their mistake and hence cannot issue refund but can give a three month credit note. This is not at all acceptable to us as our group can't get leaves from our organizations in the time frame and can't plan any trip. And if we have booked for chadar trek, they shoud offer us chadar trek only and not anything else. This is not acceptable at all. Since the company failed to deliver to us, they should refund us. It has been more than ** days since the trip has been cancelled and no case of refund as of now.
