Deyor Camps - Not Refunding the Amount

We had booked the journey from LEH to LEH on **th Aug * months before. Suddenly * days before the trip we are getting the calls from their executive saying they are cancelling that batch and we need to reschedule the trip. When we denied they said we can give you SUV trip and not bike trip. We didn't want to compromise so we asked for a refund. His executive promised us refund and hence we booked somewhere else. Now another person called and said they are operating the bike trip and cannot give refund. They are also cutting their backup vehicle cost which has oxygen cylinder for the safety of the customer. We have not option left but to go for the trip coz they are not giving us refund. We have lost our booking amount from the other tour operator too. We have all the recordings with us. Also got in touch with the CEO of Deyor - Chirag Gupta and he also not responding now after taking all the recordings.
