I am receiving erroneous electricity bill without taking in consideration of actual electricity bill. I tried to sort out the matter at Kuchaikot subdivision but they are not listening to my complaint. I work outside Bihar and my father is very old to knock the door of electricity office regularly. The consumer no- **********. Kindly refer the bill and pay attention to each month wrong consumption details. I have submitted a complaint to nbpdcl also but no action was taken. Due to wrong billing, I am unable to pay it.
