I am trying to resolve electricity bill issue since month of June ****. I filed online request to resolve Excess of Electricity bill. My complain no.********** which shows resolved but still i got Bill of Rs.*** for the month of August ****. No one is staying at home. Each member of family is staying in Delhi. I have mentally harassed and disturbed due to wrong billing. My office work is also effected due to these issues. I have penalized for Rs.***** due to not completed some important work due to electric bill issue.
