Niva kumari filed complaint against North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited on Dec 27, 2018
The electricity compeny is doing their monopoly in the bill, they are nit sending thd bill on time and after *-* months they impose the late fine. Adding to this, in the bill of december itself they have included the late fine before hand. Isn't this a case of fraud??
