Ignorant and Imprudent resolution practice followed by Amazon against a fraud.
*. I would like to bring this in light for all that a friend placed an order for two watches ( Order No- **-*******-*******) on ** April **** in which an item Fossil Venture Analog-Digital Black Dial Women's watch FTW**** was missing and an empty box was delivered instead. Amazon service team was notified regarding the issue on April **, **** after delivery.
*. It was informed by the team that they are inspecting the issue and it will be resolved. After a delay of ** days, I have been informed by the team that neither the ordered item will be delivered nor the amount will be refunded back.
*. Such a resolution is unacceptable and I want resolution for this pathetic response.
