I ordered realme earphones but received an empty box. Have raised the issue with flipkart * times. First time they closed the ticket (on app) without informing me or replying to my mail. Second time, they closed the ticket saying i did not inform them about the issue within stipulated time of * days (which i did in the first instance). Third time again they closed the ticket without informing me. Have reopened the ticket and have sent n number of mails but they do not respond. When i call them they say that they will ask their email team to check but all my efforts are going in vain. Its been almost * months now, not sure what to do.
