Kindly look into the matter and suggest what can I do as an aggrieved customer.
*. Please check average billing of *** units for months April/May/June whereby no meter reading was taken.
*. July half the month I was absent from the premise *** units consumed, **th July **** till *th Dec **** I was absent from the premise still units have been consumed.
Now see the comparison Dec’** to Feb’** when I am present at the premise units consumed are ***/***/*** which is fair and correct.
You may also check *** unit consumption in Mar’** which is fair.
Actual usage where the meter reading was allowed to be taken is not beyond *** units while for those months where there was no meter reading but the unit consumption is shown as *** which can never be the case, a household which has a maximum consumption of *** units in a month in no circumstances will consume *** units in the month.
Despite following up for around * months no action taken by ADANI team to resolve the issue and all they did was disconnected power supply for the premise.
