PURE EV - Electric Vehicle battery Not repaired Replaced in warranty period even after 30 days

The Vehicle Epluto*g started getting battery problem, I raised a ticket (D****-Jan **) in the company website on *nd Jan. I got a call after couple of days from the service representative and asked me to visit service center. hence I took it to the service center on Jan *th.
The service manager (Ravi) checked the battery and told me there is a voltage drop issue, and it needs to be sent to Pure EV Factory at hyderabad. He did not even give me any acknowledgement citing there is some server error and will share it in few days.

I waited for a week and called him again, then he said there is not update. I escalated this to the dealership proprieter (Nugen Mohan Raju) who instead of resolving the issue, spoke to me rudely and asked me to take it up directly with the company. I was frustrated and then raised another ticket (D****-** Jan). I have not got any calls or responses from them on the ticket. I wrote them mails, called their customer service, but they are not helping in any manner. The vehicle is not usable since * month because of this issue. I bought this vehicle so that i could support an Indian EV start up. But i guess i was wrong and will never make such mistakes. This incident has cost me numerous hours of time following up and mental agony and I have not got any update from the company.
