I bought a pair of realme earbuds on Jan 03
It stopped working after a month, due to multiple lockdowns I couldn't reach the service center so I left.. But after lockdown my warranty periods ends and they are asking me to get a new pair (ridiculous)
I have mailed them plenty number of times but getting the same template everytime.. No resolution provided
