Dear Sir
In the first week of October (I don't know the exact date), there was no signal on my phone and after * days I thought my sim is blocked, so I call to customer care and told them about my problem, they said that my no (Mob no- **********) is fully functional and there may be a problem in the sim because form their end all the services were working fine. So, I went to nearest airtel office at sector- **C, Chandigarh and told them everything about my sim, but surprisingly the worker, whose name was Gaurav didnot do anything and offer me postpaid connection which I refused. There were many people coming for their sim to link with Adhar card and it was not linking (may be because there was some problem) and he was offering all of them (some of them are old, poor and illiterate) a postpaid connection. I went there thrice but all the time same response.
Then I went to airtel main office at sector ** C- Chandigarh on ** October **** (by Uber which cast me Rs **) and told them regarding my sim first they refused by saying that they donot have duplicate sim but somehow agreed to give me a sim and assured me that it will be activated after * hours but after * days it did not activated so I called the customer care and they informed me that my form did not reach to the office.
Now, I really do not know what to do because I tried everything in my power to sort out the problem but every time it result nothing. I have only one airtel sim and no alternate number because here only airtel network work.
I am a scientist and also a trader (Who invest in share market) and for the last one month I am not receiving any message or call regarding my trade for which I lost huge money
