I recently ordered from dunzo app some skin care routine products and according to the dunzo application the order is delivered but I haven’t received the order yet. The order was prepaid.
I have contacted with the dunzo support executive and the had given me the delivery guy’s number he picked up the call first time and now the delivery executive is not answering the phone.
The dunzo is also not initiating the refund for my order.
Very bad experience I had with dunzo!
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
