I have booked a cab on *r July **** from Noida to Delhi NZM railway station. Me and my wife were traveling. Cab driver came on location and asked if he can drop me on other gate since its closer, I told him you can drop me on the location I have mentioned please do not drop us anywhere else. He agreed and drove the car. He was moving to different railway station gate since he thought it will be near I told him again to drop me on the drop point I have chosen in the app but he didnt listened to me and drove in the traffic of other gate of NZM railway station. Then he asked me to leave the car *** mtrs before the railway station since he has accepted a new ride from Railway station. I politely asked him that my wife is pregnant so please drop us to the main gate of station but he refuse to drop me there and threaten me to kick out of the cab after an argument over the drop point. He also came closer to us in back seat and threaten us to slap us. Since I was with my pregnant wife I did not wanted any trouble and cam out of cab. I formally lodged a complaint to Ola customer care but they have resolved the issue stating "We are sorry and we will take action". I don't know how Ola take action because the driver's behavior clearly showing that Ola don't take these things seriously. I want this cab driver to be punished as he learned his lesson to behave at least with a pregnant women. I would have happily leave the car before my drop point if I was traveling alone. I know those guys are working hard to earn bread and butter for their families but I cannot ignore this case because it involved my wife who is * months pregnant. I am attaching my ride details.
Driver car number - RJ** XX ****
I dont recall his name and middle of the car number so I referred them as "XX". But I remember the rest of his car number.
