**th october ****.i booked an ola from sai world city panvel driver name is BALCHAND GUPTA,mobile number is **********. i was with my family with mother and children in panvel limited cabs were available.hardly i booked an ola.i tried calling the driver he was out of network.after waiting ** minutes the driver called me and ask me about the destination,i say i want to go to mumbai,he said ok.then he cancelled the ride humself.immediately i called him and ask why u cancel the ride he said you go and complain against me its my daily work.do what u want to do.
