I went with my mom to buy some clothes in Kolkata bazar. After shopping, we went on the counter for making payment. I use my ATM card for making payment. I swiped the card put the password, they did something and suddenly the device got off. They told that please make another payment this payment wasn't successful. Even I didn't get any message from the bank I made another payment. We asked them what if the payment has been proceeded they ensured me that you will get your payment returned. When we got exit from the exit door I checked the balance using PhonePe and realized that payment has been deducted twice. I went back and asked them they ensured that we will confirm it whether it has been credited to our account or not once we are sure we will return your money back.
To cut it short they told me the next day that they told me that the payment is not credited to their account and their head office has instructed them to suggest customer (me) file the complaint in my bank. I did so. Some days later I received a call from them that our payment issue is in the process, it will get clear shortly. A few days later I called them back to know where the process has reached they told me that it's still under process, it may take some more days. Meanwhile, the day I gave written complain in my bank branch one employee of them asked me my account number and bill information. I sent it to them. from that day more than ** days have passed now they don't respond properly. I messaged that boy asking whats the progress. He messaged me back saying that "Aap smjhte hi nahi ho".
