This is regarding part of Ajio order no.FL********** and AWB(DNMX Checked Long Shirt with Buttoned Flap Pockets) delivered on */**/** and ***/- was paid by COD Method.(Google Pay)
A double payment occured since the first payment via Google Pay didn't seem to be reflected in the destination account.After a couple of days I enquired about the first payment since the amount had been deducted from my account and hadn't been refunded.
I found out that the amount has reached the account upon checking with Google Pay and the bank which hence has accounted for a double payment.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
