I booked a flight on ** Jul **** which unfortunately did not get book but the amount got deducted. There is no response from yatra team regarding the amount refund initiation. I sent them email * or * times and escalated the issue by submitting complaint on their app but they do not seem to respond.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
