Banggood.com - DOA ignoring refund

I've placed an order for Doogee S** on *nd May'**. After placing the order they told me the item was out of stock. Later they dispatched and I've received the item on **nd July'**, which was DOA. I've informed them immediately over email with evidence of videos and images (as asked). They asked me to send through the local post office which is clearly not possible. The same thing I've informed them as India Post doesn't accept electronic items for the courier. They offered me **** INR for repair and void warranty that I've declined. It's a brand new item and why should I void my warranty when I'm eligible for refund or replacement? I was okay with any of the option for refund or replacement but they're stuck to the option which is not valid from India. We have exchanged several emails regarding this still now no result. Now I want a complete refund. Need help urgently.
