Due to change in Distv stellite signal change , they have stopped my tv paid channels from March *st **** and then they have stopped on March **nd ****. We have reached them and complained on March *th **** and then we have reached them some *** times then finally they have sent agent on june **th ****. our services has been restored on June **th. You can understand our mental agony due to their poor service and also without tv these ** days in home with corona situation.
Now coming to main issue we have recharges several times like **** /- on **-Oct-**** + **/- ON **-Nov-**** + **/- on **-Nov-**** + ***/- on **-Mar-****. So total of ****/- . We have lost ** days of amount which is more then **** rupees due to their very very poor service. We want that amount back to my account. Now Dish tv switch off date showing as ** July ****.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
