I used a Hathway broadband * years back in Chennai and disconnected it while I changed the house. When I called their customer support an asked them to disconnect the connection they replied ok and they didn't even asked for the modem which they provided at first getting a deposit of rupees ****. When I asked them about the modem they told no need to return it and told the money will be refunded. Since then they keep on calling me daily more than * times and torturing me to pay the monthly bill. I told them tons of times that I disconnected it long back and don't even use it. Everyone will simply say ok sir and then they will call me the next. I'm getting a severe stress because of these people. Please help me with this.
