Shivam Srivastava filed complaint against Dish TV on Apr 7, 2019
I recharged with Rs. **** to my Dish TV in Nov ****. They provide me with the plan validity till *-*-****. Then the TRAI rule implemented in Feb ****. According to TRAI If the customer wants to migrate their plan with new tariff then the operator should change the plan. Otherwise, Dish TV operator should provide the same service for which customer recharged their account till last recharge validity i.e *-Aug-**** in my case.
But Dish TV migrated my plan on *th April **** without my permission i.e from *** (Swagat Pack) to *** (Super Family Budget) and reduced my validity on behalf of my balance from *th August **** to **th July ****. I want to file a complaint regarding it in Consumer Forum.
